Kamus + Keller Interiors|Architecture (KKIA), proud Downtown Long Beach residents for over a decade, will be relocating its Long Beach operations from Catalina Landing to the Landmark Square building at Ocean and Pine.
The decision to move was made to “breathe new life into our corporate culture,” said President|CEO David Keller. “We’re currently celebrating our 10‐year anniversary, and the new office is a commitment to the future of our firm’s continuing growth and employees’ development.”
Improvements are currently being made to the 4,800 square foot space. The office is perched on the 17th Floor of 111 West Ocean Boulevard, with expansive views stretching from the Queen Mary to Signal Hill. Interior Design Director Cheri Bancroft, who heads up the Long Beach office, says “Our team is so excited about the new space. It’s open, modern, comfortable, everything we want to help our clients achieve: making ordinary spaces extraordinary.”
Co‐founded by CMO|Principal Architect John Kamus and David Keller in 2005, the 20‐person regional office will open its new office doors the first week of November.
