Interviewing stakeholders to understand the needs of people, departments, stakeholder requirements, workflow and functions.
We have an extensive field survey team ready for all your site survey needs including full service BOMA surveys, calculations, and reports.
Establish the conceptual design, scale and physical space. Schematics are detailed enough to build from, and includes general thoughts on material use and function.
Provide an in-depth analysis of how the space will be used; how people will move within the space and interact with furniture, equipment and hardware.
Building on the Space Plan, Design Development provides a polished presentation that includes actual millwork, light fixtures, color schemes.
Photo realistic, sketch up, and 3D renderings are a visual representation of the full design. Can be done prior to, or after finish selections.
Work with your marketing team to incorporate the company brand with the new build. Includes wall wraps, signage, glass design, and custom installations.
Mediation and consultation with contractors to ensure adherence to plans. Includes civil, mechanical, electrical engineers, construction, plumbing, fire life safety, and audio visual.
Instructions used to relay designs, building and approvals required by the client and city jurisdictions, and agencies to construction.
A spec book required by city and government projects that covers legal, warranty, installation, purchases, deliverables, approval process, rules and regulations.
Help end-user direct projects to acquire and analyze bids on behalf of the client. We mediate overall cost, impact, schedules.
We manage the submission of documents and applications to cities for requirements, approval and sign-off.
We are on site to mediate, answer questions and advise clients regarding technical details, specifications, fixtures and submittals to ensure the contractor is building according to contract.
